On route to Madrid I read the reviews for this hotel and very glad I did. I knew there was no shuttle service but as it was only 3km from the airport I didn't mind...then I read about the terrible price the taxi drivers were charging . I booked this hotel for my husband and it was the worst thing I could have done. definately dont stay if you have no transport. one of the very few airport hotels that does not provide any transfer facility to the terminals .unlike british holiday inn express hotels the breakfast is purely continental so if you need anything hot your probably better in the crowne plaza next door . when you add up the cost of transport... “Basic Holiday Inn”

The room was clean and nice, but no air conditioning and the window barely opened. It is not so cold outside, so it was hot. Also, they charged 3.80 euros for one hour of internet. If you went in the lobby you had to use their computers and they still charged you!

OH DEAR DO NOT STAY HERE. Dirty carpet, dirty walls, no service except breakfast, manager doesn't care, no food, bar not open, pay for internet, pay for transfer to airport.
