My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights over a long birthday weekend. The property exudes old world charm and comfort. Santiago, the concierge, was cheerful, courteous and helpful. His restaurant suggestions were excellent. The location is wonderful: easy access to the metro (watch out for pickpockets), and walking distance to most things if you like to walk.
