Very basic hotel, rooms are similar style to single rooms in a hostel. The staff were poorly trained but very friendly. found this hotel was in an excellent location,easy access for bernabau and between two metro stops.one of the breakfast staff was possibly the surliest hotel worker I have ever seen,and her antics provided superb breakfast entertainment.The TV was extremely tempremental,the shower head a mind of its own and the walls were paper thin,but somehow I still quite liked it!! Such good value for money. I have stayed in the Sunotel Amaral 3 times now, as it's location fits my purpose, and I would never go elsewhere! When I say "Good location" I say this because it is very easy to get to the centre on the metro from this hotel, also it is near Real Madrid's stadium.
