I am very picky and have high expectations for a hotel, and I loved this place. It is very modern looking and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were a decent size, and while a bit dark, it has everything you need. I read the reviews about the noise from the street so we requested... more

The location of the Arte Hotel is brilliant. Its not direct from the airport, but for everything that you will need to visit in Madrid, the location is great. The room was clean, and the bar and reception area was very pleasant. We had booked room only, and had managed to get a good deal. When we asked how much... more

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the HUSA Paseo del Arte. The modern-style rooms were nice and well taken care of. The bathrooms are large and well appointed. It was very convenient to all of the museums and easy to get to and from the airport. If you are taking the train to Madrid or going elsewhere... more

I spent eight months living and studying in Spain - and I decided to go here for my last two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were incredibly well decorated. The bathrooms were also beautiful. The location couldn't have been better. more

We stayed here for three nights, and were very pleased. All of the staff went out of their way to be friendly (most spoke good English). Our room had contemporary decor typical of a modern business-oriented property, and was fine for us. The room was also an excellent value. We tried the restaurant one night, and although we were about... more

We spent three nights in early July at Husa Paseo del Arte. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and can understand English if your Spanish isn't up to par. We spent many hours reviewing hotels prior to our trip, and I was very happy we chose this one. I thought the standard double room was spacious, considering the... more

Quite close to metro (Atocha) and train (Atocha renfe) stations from which you can easily begin your journey basically to any place in Madrid (and even in Spain). Especially perfect for art-lovers (Reina Sofia and Prado are just around the corner). Retiro Park and the street bookstores(?) are a handsome bonus. Front desk staff and our bed were not that... more

We stayed four nights at this hotel while exploring Madrid. PROS: Superb location next to the top museums - Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen, Caixa Forum. Atocha train stations, Atocha metro station, and bus stops are next to the hotel. Madrid Vision tourist hop-on hop-off bus starts its city rounds next to the Prado museum. CONS: Expensive breakfast in the hotel,... more

Very cool, modern hotel close to all the attractions. Modern spanish tapas available in the ground floor bar. Internet access is very expensive but there's plenty of internet cafes near by. I look forward to staying here again! more
