If you have got a car don't choose this hotel, it's too near the centre: 22 € per day garage fee. The room was smelling both days (maybe because of the carpet), a very bad smell. Water spills out from the shower in the bathroom. Receptionists aren't so nice as well. It wasn't a double bed but two twin beds.

It's clean, but room and bathroom both need renovation. Rooms themselves are medium sized, the street it stands on is rather narrow and drab, but location is excellent - in the very heart of city center. If you are going to walk Madrid all the day and some part of the night - it's great. WIFI is free.

It cannot be denied that the location is about the best in Madrid; Close to Plaza Mayor, The Real Plaza, The Opera house if you`re looking to treat yourself, and walks in and around Madrid, and if you`re looking for a no frills hotel then this could be the place for you.
