My husband and I stayed here for one night and fell in love all over again in their white room. The room was beautiful but the bathroom's design was a bit too cramped for me. The bed was comfortable and view breathtaking. Staff was very pleasent also. All in all we had a great experience. A definite to do in... More

A stay at the Puerta America is both comfortable and fascinating. Each floor has been designed by a different architect - and the range of designs is extraordinary to see. On the first floor where I stayed, the rooms were like a sensory deprivation room or floatation tank. Another floor looks like a Bond villain's lair when the lift doors... More

Absolutely awesome hotel I have ever stayed. Super funky, very elegant, great service. You just have take a tour of every floor. Each, is designed by different architect which gives the hotel the fame of the most unique place. If that wasn't enough of excitement for you, go to the 13th floor and have a walk of thrill on the... The hotel has a different architectural design theme on every floor and this can be a little quirky but it is also part of its charm and appeal. The hotel was in a very good position, only 200 metres from the Metro and hence is not far from the magic of central city Madrid. The hotel airport shuttle makes the... More

Stayed here for a night on a recent work trip and found it to be a very nice hotel for a night. It's location is good - very close to the airport (a €30 taxi). A few km's from the city centre I didn't make it into town but it's locality means the city is reasonably accessible. Perhaps not ideal... More

The beauty of this hotel is that every floor is so different and therefore depending were you are is like you are in a completely different hotel. This time I chose a room on the Plasma Studio floor and while the design was amazing the room wasn't functional at all. No privacy in the bathroom, and things fall out because... More

This hotel has a great concept for businessmen or them who travel alone. The room is simple, clean, but slightly too simple. There's no curtain to cover from bath room and bed room, when you take a shower, only glasses every where. So if you travel with family, this hotel are not recommend for you. Foods are good. So many... More

Spent 3 days at Silken Puerta America as part of a business trip. Having not booked the hotel myself I was rather positively surprised that I could choose the floor of the room myself (if I remember correctly I was given 4 choices) and only realized at that point that I likely ended up in a 'special' place. And if... More

This is the third time I've stayed here. It is conveniently located 15 mins away from the airport and right next to the highway for easy travel access to the greater Madrid area. Each time I've chosen a different floor and of course designer. The lobby area is small but the bar makes up for it with it's minimal lounge... More
