I have been staying here countless times as this is my fav place to be in Madrid. Great quiet location, straight in the very center (Plaza St. Ana, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Prado, all within 5 min walk). Modern ambiance, good breakfast, nice cocktail bar, good meeting rooms. Negative points: rooms a bit too dark, not enough A/C plugins, expensive breakfast.

If you want a hotel in a great location, this is a great candidate. If you are also looking for comfort then you should look somewhere else. First impressions at the hotel were very good (both in the reception area and the bedroom). The problem however came when trying to get some sleep, as the walls are so thin that... More

Hotel is in a very central location, tucked away on a very quaint corner within walking distance to pretty much everything. Very helpful, great staff (especially Enrique). Breakfast was great each day. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but not large. That doesn't matter to us so much since we spend very little time in the room...Cleanliness means much more. Some... This was my second stay at this hotel - I really enjoyed my first stay, so I chose this hotel when returning to Madrid. The room for my second stay was not nearly as good - it was dark, difficult to find the outlets for charging phones, and the layout was odd. The room was definitely style over substance -... More

Stayed there for 5 nights in May. The hotel is very good, great location, walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, museums and a bunch of bars and restaurants. On the same building of the hotel there is a garage from "Respira Madrid" Car Rental, which was very helpful when we decided to visit Toledo for a day. I... More

I have visited Madrid multiple times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed. The price is reasonable and totally worth it! The hotel is what you expect a boutique hotel to look like. The decoration is beautiful and stylized. You are welcomed by a unique fragrance by very friendly and polite staff. They paid a lot... More

I stayed at the Vincci Soho for a conference. Both the conference facilities and the rooms were fantastic. Good: - Internet worked very well - We had breakfast included in the room price. The fool was excellent, including many Spanish dishes of excellent quality. - Fantastic rooms: decoration, bed, toiletries... - Location: very close to the city center, walking distance... More

Stayed at the Vincci Soho for two nights as part of a bus tour of the region. The hotel is only a few stops on the metro from the centre of town, and not too far from gardens and the Prado. Good location for shopping too :-) The room was nice, though like many 4* business hotels, there is sometimes... More

Very good, modern hotel and hard to fault (except for having to crawl under the desk to reach the power socket). I didn't know whether to rate as very good or excellent, but opted for 'very good' based on value for money for a tourist. However, I attended for a conference and would give top marks for the conference facilities... More
