Evrerything about this place is good-plus; nothing stood out as excellent. A safe bet in Madrid. Stylish but small room, great & quiet location, precisely what you'd expect from a new, trendy hotel. No rooftop pool. more

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. First of all thank you so much for the previously reviews posted here. They are extremely helpful. Overall, the hotel is stylish and conveniently located. Few things worth mentioning: We asked for a room facing the large inner courtyard, and we had absolutely no problem with noise. The hotel... more

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and would def recommend it to friends and family. Great location in the centre of madrid and very easy to get to via the city's metro (30mins max) or 20 mins by cab (25 euros). we arrived 4 hours before check in and reception checked us straight in without any problems. The room... more

I stayed in the Vincci Soho for two nights. During my last trip to Madrid I tried the Vincci 66 on Gran Via but chose the Soho because of the better location. It is close to Santa Ana square and close Retiro Park. it is a cool hotel and provides good service. I cant confirm what one of the previous... more

Madrid is really one of the best cities I have ever been. The Hotel is in the center and the metro is just a small walk away. The interior is stylish though could be a little less depressing. One real downside were the beds, they were hard like rocks. So going to bed after a day of walking wasn't that... more

Dear guest, Thanks for your feedback. We hope your stay here was nice. Unfortunatelly, perception of bed´s confort is different for each guest about rigidity of mattress. However, we wish you have a good rest. Best regards!

The Vincci Soho hotel has an excellent location, you can basically walk everywhere in the city. The modern design in the lobby looks inviting to have a drink or a cup of coffee with friends, but it's no really at any use for a traveler. The design of the room and the restaurant is a little depressing however - too... more

Dear guest, Thanks for your opinion, it is very important for us. About hot water problem, we apologize but there was a sudden problem at the hotel, however it was solved 1 hour around. Thanks once again.

Our standard room was large and clean, and even though it was on a main street with big glass doors opening onto it, we never had a problem with the noise. It's a little bit out of the way, but there is a metro stop close by so that wasn't a big deal. The internet was free but a little... more

We stayed in Madrid for couple of days on our way back from Morocco before returning to Canada. Vincci Soho is located at Paseo del Prado and the trip from the airport to the hotel was 30 minutes and cost 30 euro. We were very impressed as soon as walked into the hotel because the front desk staff (especially Raquel)... more

The room was better suited for backpackers with flashlights. The lighting in the room was low during the daylight with the roof windows opened. At night you had better remember where everything was becasue you copuldn't see it. In addtion, the room was stuffy and warm. The furnishings were ill conceived; too low and more decoration than function. The room... more

This is a luxury hotel tucked away in a quiet Calle del Prado just steps away from Plaza santa Ana and all major tourist attractions of Madrid. The hotel itself is immaculately clean with courteous and attentive staff. The rooms were rather on a small side (which did not bother us as we only stayed for two nights) but apart... more
