Stayed for one night for our anniversary. For the price and location this place is a good stay. Modern room. Busy, but polite staff. Negative was A/C pushed mildly cool at best. Skip the over priced breakfast and head down to VIPS on the main circle about a 5 minute walk and watch the morning commuters while you eat. Recommend... More

We stayed here for 1 night prior to our departure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern. Short walk to activities. Breakfast at hotel seemed expensive, so we skipped it. We wish we had more time to enjoy the sights of the city.

Modern, welcoming, well placed and good value. We got an upgrade to a luxury double room and it was just great. It is close to where the big weekly flea market is, lots of shops restaurants and close to Sol the centre of Madrid. Nice tapas bars on your doorstep and they are not expensive.

We stayed here for one night and were very pleased with location, room and efficient service. The room was spacious and interesting design. The location was excellent to visit the museums and also a stone throw away from Las Huertas (the heart of restaurants and bars in the area). Just strolling through the streets was a delight. Would definitely recommend... More

This is a very modern, clean hotel right in the centre of Madrid. The location could not be better. We were upgraded and our room was a very good size. Only problem is that it is difficult to get to the airport if you are going at slightly unsociable hours - taxi is really your only option.

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Location is excellent as well as bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast looks like heaven. But the smoking policy should be changed. We were given a smoking room and no questions were asked if it was ok. Besides, the hotel smells like cigarettes and when you come from a country where smoking is forbidden indoors,... More

My husband and I stayed here during our 3.5 week honeymoon and it was our favourite hotel during our trip. The rooms were contemporary and comfortable. The customer service was great however, sometimes the language barrier hindered conversing with little things. It wasn't a problem though. The hotel is located in a central location and it's very easy to walk... More

Very happy with this hotel as a choice. It has a great location, walking distance to central Madrid. The food is very good - although breakfast buffet could be a little better - eggs to order for example.. Rooms nicely decorated and large. Taxi to airport is 30 Euro fixed price. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. My only complaint would... More

This belongs to a small independent chain of hotels in Spain. We stayed in a superior room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was of high quality. Excellent value for money. Would be happy to stay again and to recomend it.

If you are staying in Madrid this is the hotel you should choose. This 4 star hotel is beautifull and the staff is more than helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable and the price is suprisingly reasonable. We got a good feeling right away when we walked into the reception. It's close to everything. The Museo Nacional del Prado... More
