We stayed for a week this September on Business. From Madrid international airport, we took Metro line 8, changing at Nuevos Ministerios, to other lines, and arrived ( Vodafone) Sol, and the hotel was easily located after 5 minutes' walk. We arrived by 12:00 noon and our room was ready. The reception staff at counter was friendly and helpful. Although... More

considering we are in a large city....the hotel is very elegant in its design...the breakfast area downstairs is like old brick caverns....their breakfast was quite good with good assortment of food well prepared and the price was right as well. Hostess more than willing to accommodate us in our requests and helped us with finding places . Its steps away... More

We stayed here in February 2014 for two nights and for one night in June 2014. Our first time we had an internal facing room and the second time right on the street. Highly recommend trying to ask for an internal room. I did wear ear plugs both times as I've learned over the years that regardless of sound-proofing and... More

The hotel has a great location just in the middle of Madrid and value for money. The room was cleaned every day and the reception desk was very polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing but overall its acceptable. If you happen to have a room on front at night it gets a little bit noisy.... More

We stayed at Hotel Victoria 4 for 4 nights in September. The location is excellent, a few minutes from the main square Puerta del Sol with the metro station Vodafone Sol. it's also in the middle of wonderful restaurants and just across from Museo del Jamon. We asked for the room away from the street noise and got an excellent... More

My wife and I stayed in this hotel 4 nights 9/10-13- 2014. Our room was on 1st floor, (102)near elevator and facing the street. Positive: Not once did we take a train or bus, All attractions were walking distance. It was nice to wake up, take a stroll, see some attractions, have breakfast and snack, get back to the hotel... Great location!! Rooms were small but perfect for my 18 yr old daughter and I. Guest services were amazing helping us with tours and suggestions. We ate at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, it was OK but Julio the waiter was very nice and friendly, we had some great laughs. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my prospective Spanish boyfriend. I myself am finnish. The room was bearable, but very odd t-shaped with around 2-3 m2 of space so shallow you can't use even for sitting, with a window so high up you couldn't look out, nor open or close it without climbing up a chair. Had... More
