Awful hotel! Do not book it! Far away from the city, has a lot of reconstructions next to it, even a taxi driver can not find. Loud, feels like neighbors are next to you, you can hear every move of your neighbors, everything is old and in bad condition.....

Recently visited as a stop over in Madrid. The photos are complete false advertising and the room was disgraceful. No one on reception. The room was filthy and I wouldn’t even leave my dog in it for an hour. I would not recommend to anyone. I would like someone to get in contact regarding a full refund as it was cold, unpleasant and as mentioned total false advertising.

In Madrid you'll be hard pressed to get a room for these prices. Free parking, big rooms, free wifi, quiet surroundings and just a few mins walk to railway station that takes you to central Madrid in 20 odd mins.. the breakfast is good value as well. It's our 4 th time coming over here.

it is not in the center so guest will need to hire a car, order a taxi or walk to find a bus station. Looking a little bit tired. Room clean. Breakfast is quite poor in a little tiny room. Their office is also inside.

Somewhere nice and Quite, very peaceful away from all the city drama. Train to city not too far.. Language was a big barrel but friendly staff, always happy to help. I was with four children on this trip and we were all very comfortable, there's always someone around to help as well.

Hotel with apartment rooms. Comfortable and big spaces at a good price. Reception is not always open but you have kitchen and fridge in your room and can arrive even if nobody is there. Strongly recomend it

I have just returned to the UK following surgery at the Hospital Nisa which is close to the hotel. I chose this hotel because it has kitchen facilities which I could use following my surgery as I didn't want to go out for 4 days after the op. the hotel is situated in a very quiet up market area of Madrid. We had a one bedroom apartment even though we only asked for a studio. The rooms are very clean and are of a decent size. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free internet was a blessing for someone who did not want to go out for 4 days. My total stay was 10 days. The internet speed was good enough to watch films or tv online. There are a number of very good restaurants within 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Madrid.

We have been using TH Aravaca now for years, and we will not choose anything else anywhere else. Location outside of Madrids traffic. Total silence, wonderful gardens with pine trees, excellent restaurant and shopping very close by. Private closed area parking. Free wifi of course and excellent rooms that are actually apartments. ( we always ask for room 222 or apartment 303) Outstanding.....

While not the easiest hotel to find and the surrounding area is not 'lively', the staff were super helpful and the facilties comfortable. The apartment layout is probably better suited for a longer stay but had all I required for a one night stay on a fleeting business trip. After exploring a little I also discovered that it is not not very far from a shopping centre.

This is not a standard NH hotel but a small apart-hotel. There is no receptionist on site after 10pm so check-in was via video, a strange experience, but it worked. The bedroom and bathroom looked old and worn but there was a huge bed, kitchenette, washing machine and fridge. I only made use of the bed! There was free wifi. However, getting the code over the video link wasn't easy, the lady had to spell it out a couple of times. It was the kind of wifi where you have to open a browser page and enter a user name and password. It was very slow. It worked on my laptop but I didn't bother trying it on my phone. Perhaps if I had stayed longer, I would have. As you approach the hotel there is a lovely smell of the surrounding pine trees. This was probably the best bit of my stay! I ate dinner with a colleague in a nearby restaurant. It probably would have been walkable although other reviews say that you need a car so I think it would depend on how far you are happy walking. The hotel has no restaurant, there is a food and pizza menu in the room for what I'm guessing is a local delivery service Breakfast was disappointing, juice, tea/coffee, some average croissants, cereal, yoghurts, and a fruitbowl with a bruised banana, a nectarine and a couple of apples. However, for €65 per night, you can't really complain. If I stayed longer, i would use the fridge in the kitchen and buy/prepare my own breakfast. The hotel was quite noisy in the morning, sounds travel through the door/walls quite easily which was surprising. I heard the receptionist and her colleague and the cleaner arrive and chat - and I was in an upstairs room. I have stayed in another hotel in Pozuelo before and was keen to try this as an alternative. Generally, you get what you pay for. This place is old and tired but for €65 bed and breakfast, one shouldn't have particularly high expectations.
