I really enjoy staying in Ibis hotels because I find them to be very good value for money, though sometimes the quality of the neighborhoods can vary. We chose this Ibis over the one located closer to the Prado (which was much more expensive) and were very happy that we did! The hotel is in a great neighborhood, full of... More

Staff: the staff were always helpful and spoke good English Room: the room was good and clean. It was fairly basic but expected this for the price. Cleaning: the cleaners came every day but often quite late in the day. They seemed to come about 3-4 pm. By this point we were often back in the room from a busy... More

First the pluses of this hotel -- near the metro, just steps from Bilbao Station. HEAPS of restaurants and cafes nearby from Starbucks and McDonalds to all kinds of traditional Spanish cafes. Great shopping street Fuencarral just steps out of the hotel. It is located on a side street, so not too terribly noisy for a city center location. The... More

We booked two nights at this Ibis, 7th/8th July, 2014. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms we had were spacious, quiet and thank goodness have air-conditioning. We did not eat breakfast there as we got up a little too late, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. The hotel is a few minutes from Bilbao metro station.... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here in June 2014. Ideal for couples and families, nice and clean and close to everything. It is near to sol and other attractions including the royal palace. Located near a variety of restaurants, shops and bars. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the ibis!

I booked this hotel from accorhotels.com and I save a discount for my 4000 points. But the recepcionist in the check out simply ignored by the number of discount points and charged me the full amount of the stay. Very bad, very bad.
