This hotel is well situated in the Barrio Salamanca area, right by a metro stop and a short walk away from Retiro Park. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the hotel itself serves an excellent breakfast downstairs with many excellent choices set out in an inviting buffet. The room was fine, quiet and handsomely furnished, and our... More

Good Morning. You have made a very complete description of the hotel!!! This really is a detailed commentary, starting about the important places and services you found around the hotel and transport nearby, our excellent breakfast, fine room, WiFi signal and fast connection and ending with the staff. They all are great comments and I am delighted that you enjoyed... More

Really super hotel right in the centre of Madrid and beside a Metro station. Generous sized rooms and bathrooms, quiet, clean and well fitted out. Good choice at breakfast buffet. Staff were lovely, particularly the exceptional Marie Jose on reception. Terrific free wifi.

Good Morning. I greatly appreciate the published score and the comments made. As usual, the comments concerning the staff are the most important to me and they serve me to motivate the staff and encourage them to continue working in the same direction. Although I also appreciate your words regarding the rooms, cleanliness and tranquility. In addition, your comments about... More

Good, convenient location to Parque del Retiro and easy walk to museums. This small business style hotel is situated in very nice, safe, upscale neighborhood, Barrio de Salamanca. The room was fine, we enjoyed breakfast and the staff was helpful. The two negatives were the ridiculous and dangerous access to the bathtub / shower; they should just use a fabric... More

Good morning. We welcome your comments, but have arrived two weeks late, because as I told you in June, we were changing the WiFi system via fiber optic and just installed on July 9 ... The curtains have been replaced by glass partitions, much cleaner, modern and stylish. But each customer has their opinion and may prefer traditional shower curtains,... More

As on previous occasions I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room I had was fine and the staff as usual very kind and helpful. However in my room the Wi-Fi didn't work, at least it worked in the day for a few hours but never in the evening. This gave me problems and I reported the difficulty to... More

Good Morning. First of all I would like to apologize for the problems that we could cause you. Actually, we have changed the entire system and WiFi will work through fiber optics, but the technician to do system monitoring and logging in will come next Friday July 11. Meanwhile, we are working with a system that has coverage problems in... More

Good morning. I would like to thank you for your comments in reference to the breakfast service, location and free WiFi of the hotel. But deserves special mention the comment you make about our staff, who tries to do the impossible to make every customer feel at home. It seemed like that the housekeeping haven't visited the room 407 for ages.
