I read various reviews before going to this hotel since I was traveling with my children and this was our first European destination trip. Some reviews were spot on while others were probably too critical. I will say this is definitely not a 4 star hotel; between 2.5 & 3 would be better. The beds are hard and the materials... More

I stayed at this hotel despite the reviews, as I was doing business in the area and would be there for only one night. I decided I could put up with a less than stellar hotel for the night. There were no surprises on arrival to be honest. The check-in staff were very welcoming, friendly and courteous. The lobby of... More

Stayed here during my3 -day business trip. From my perspective very good hotel for business stay. Reasonably sized rooms and very comfortable bed. Nice and clean bathroom. I did not spend much time in the room, but when I was there I was able to do some work there. No distractions at all. Breakfast was good, the breakfast room might... More

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Madrid, near IFEMA. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is rather good and you can get transportation from the airport (although you might have to wait a little bit as the same shuttle runs to the airport and IFEMA). The area where the hotel is, is an Industrial Park with not much social life... More

Billed my credit card 4 times before arrival. Hotel over booked and got a call from them 4 hours before due to arrive to advise we'd have to stay elsewhere (another equally awful High Tech hotel). The room might have been high tech 10th years ago. The presence of an exercise bike did nothing for me. The lack of an... More

As a consultant who travels extensively in the EU and Asia I would rank this hotel as one of the worst. Why? - The rooms have been designed to look very slick but the materials used are cheap i.e. the sliding closet door in my room would only move if you *really* pushed - The temperature control in the room... This felt very much like a business hotel. Check-in was quick, room large with a suitably large bathroom (great power shower, no bath). Modern in style, free decent wi-fi, large bed. Telly was mostly Spanish (in fact I don't remember finding an English speaking channel). Breakfast was standard fare, rather a lack-lustre choice of rubbery scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, toast.... had to stay for one night. totally average hotel, in fact a bit under average. the floor of the entire room is cheap parquet which, barefoot, feels slightly cold/unclean. the bed was also too small. other than that nothing much to say about this except that it is located near the middle of nowhere and the breakfast is not great--except... We had trouble with our booking with the hotel- we booked online with allresnet and had a good rate of 70 Euros for a family room (2 bunk beds and a double). When we arrived they claimed we had a reservation for only 2 people and that it wasn't for a family room. Thankfully I had kept my voucher/receipt and... More

We stayed here for both business and pleasure. The breakfast was better than average and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only one TV channel had English programming and only for a few hours per day. The most memorable part was the bed. Rock hard and never got used to it even after seven days. Normally it takes me only... More
