Friendly staff and good restaurant within the hotel. Rooms are nice but needs more cleaning. Had lots of hairs all over the room and especially in the bathroom. Water outlet in the sink was dirty with mould. Overall a nice place to stay with some more attention to the cleanliness. Airport transportation is for free every full hour. More

We stayed here the night before our flight home. Hotel was close to Barajas metro stop. Clean spacious rooms and decent hotel lounge food. Front desk coordinated our airport shuttle and wakeup call right at check in. We had no problems using the van as other travelers experienced. Only negative was VERY thin walls which greatly affected our sleep. More
