Stayed there for 3 nights from the the 31st May. Reception are friendly but location is bad away from the real action of Madrid. This hotel is supposed to be 4 star. Room was small. Just nothing special about this hotel at all. Not worth the rating of 4 star. Modern but no character. Shop around there must be better... more

You'll get an excellent feel for this hotel from the stuff already written about it. I'd agree with just about everything. The hotel is clean, smart, with good staff and a good location. If I was staying with a group of friends and sharing / or on my first trip away with a new partner then I think I would... more

Like this place because of where it is located. Very convenient for both business and dining out. My favourite Tapas place - "Lateral" is five min walk away... more

A nice modern hotel, well thought out design with friendly staff. The complimentary bottle of cava was nice touch For the price you really can't fault this place especially its proximity to Serrano and the great shops. I've heard good things about the other Petit Palace and High Tech hotels too. The only minor gripe I had was some of... more

I've stayed three times at this hotel and it was always very nice. My only complaint is that the rooms seem to be a little over heated and I always need to open the windows to cool the room off a bit. The suite rooms are by far the best. The one I had was a duplex and it had... more

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This hotel was horrible! I booked a family room with breakfast included and had a confirmation number, then the night before we left the USA, I got an email saying they couldn´t give us a family room anymore, but they´d give us two double rooms at the same rate including breakfast since we had three people. When... more

Me nad my family stayed there over new year 2006/2007. It is very clean. The restaurant is expensive but there is a supermarket round the corner. I liked the fact that is situated away from the action of Del Sol. Posh shops are next street away. There is not much going on in the hotel but for me it did... more

Design. Original. Clean. Comfortable. This is a hotel I would recommend to all aside for families who have kids... because the dark hallways with the neon lights are a little spooky. Other than that. Its a perfect 9 for a hotel. I never give a ten unless I stay at the Four Seasons on some Island or something (which I... more

Stayed at this hotel for almost 20 consecutive nights. Why did i chose this hotel to stay ? 1.-I believe it is a good option if you are tired of traveling to Europe and staying in "Historic" "Traditional" hotels that smell old , have Luis XVI Style-unconfortable furniture, and ipod sized tv´s. 2.-The free internet access from the room works... more

By the way the rooms with terraces are 610 and 611. I went for 609 and it was the "tv on desk with no workspace" variety. Also bear in mind that all the rooms on the 6th floor are smoking rooms. Although the ones with terraces don't stink of stale smoke, the other ones on that floor do. All in... more
