Great location to be able to walk everywhere! The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Loved the bathroom and our room 408, with a great veiw! A nice sized room, the bed was very comfortable! A great selection of food for breakfast! Can be a little noisey at night from the street.

We have visited this hotel twice now.. the location is very good, in close walking distance to the main areas and nice little plazas nearby.. stayed in superior room 204 on both occassions and love it, not huge but big enough, dual aspect windows with little balconies, shutters leave room dark and windows fully soundproof what is a busy area... The locations couldn't be better; staff is very attentive although very discreet; the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good despite the small room where it's served. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid for pleasure or on business.
