The hotel was not really too close to the airport as described. The rooms were clean and spacious. My only gripe is the fact that unless you appear to be spanish the staff seem oblivious to your existence! We waited patiently at reception for help and were continually ignored, i felt insulted and angry. This was'nt limited to the reception.... More

Drove into Madrid at 6PM needing a hotel for our flight out the next day and saw the hotel. This hotel has free parking close to the airport (also has a free airport shuttle). Was a clean and comfortable room. The room was a reasonable value versus the big airport hotels. Would stay here again if I needed a room... More

Hello, This is more a Youth Hostel than a hotel. Worst shuttle service ever, really unfriendly staff (with the exception of the restaurant waiters), bad rooms (poor mattress, very loud A.C, very poor TV channels reception in our room). we stopped there for one night coming from Sevilla and before heading back to New York the next day. What a... More

Do not be fooled by its three star rating. We were very disappointed with this hotel which claims to be 2 minutes from the airport by free regular service bus. First impressions are OK, the bi-lingual receptionists were wonderful but the Hotel was a let-down. The adverts do not tell you that you must phone from the airpot for the... More
