We were only here one night but were very disappointed with the accommodations. We (my husband and 22 year old daughter) had just stayed at another Hi-Tech Hotel in Seville and enjoyed our stay there. This was not as nice. Our room was very dark and looked nothing like the pictures shown on Trip Advisor. The only window was a... more

Booked through booking .com.price was reasonable.Right in the area of porta del sole.Shopping, restaurants and sightseeing were all very close.Rooms were comfortable and modern.receptionist was extremely helpfull and always responded to every thing we wanted.Lobby was relaxing and we could bring our drinks there. The only issue was the night time noise from the street mainly on week end. more

Excellent Location, very small rooms , staff not helpful and tried to charge us for 2 breakfasts that we didn't have, Also tried to charge us for phonecalls we didn't make!!! We booked a smoking room but when we got there they said there was none available and that was more or less it , I have to say I... more

The hotel is on a busy pedestrian shopping street, an easy walk to all the main squares, royal palace, flea market and restaurants. It is clean and modern but hardly palatial. We paid a reasonable price and were very happy with what we had - as we were not expecting the Ritz but on almost every street there is a... more

I got a good deal from the hotel website a few days before I checked in. The location was excellent! A few steps (literally) from the Sol Metro stop. Shopping, restaurants right outside. I guess that is good and bad since our room faced one of the shopping streets and at 2am the dump trucks came by and started collecting... more

We stayed here while on tour in Spain. I must admit, European hotels aren't the best for me to begin with. It's just different from the US...these aren't the Doubletree Times Square, for instance. But, from a safety aspect, this hotel was great and in the middle of all of the Madrid action in Puerto de Sol. You are on... more

Great location, BUT No air conditioner. It was impossible to sleep due to the heat. It was dirty. The beds are too hard. It is a shame.Only one person ( a very nice woman) at the front desk, and apparently in all the hotel. more

This hotel was in a great location, but I would not recommend this hotel. It is billed as a 'high-tech' hotel, which I guess refers to the funky bathroom and the plasma TVs in the rooms. However, the room was very uncomfortable. We could not control the temperature and it was very warm and dry in the room. We stayed... more

We arrived and were given a room that was awful. The room was so small that the luggage rack could not be opened. We were placed in a smoking room after requesting non-smoking. The Air conditioning had been turned off as of October 31 for the season and the temperature was in the 70's in Madrid and the room was... more
