We arrived for a one night stay at this charming, well located, Madrid gem, and were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were consistently kind and helpful. Prior to our visit, the hotel had sent an email asking for our special requests, and each of them was granted. Our modern, colorful, room with terrace overlooked a quiet street.The... More

Truly appreciate the reception staff who were flexible and upgraded our room to include breakfast. The staff were knowledgeable and recommended attractions and gave good advice and directions. Room was well equipped with comfortable bed. Breakfast was super scrumptious and eggs were well cooked. Good spread to satisfy breakfast cravings. Value for money for accommodation near great shops.

Be on notice, this hotel wants you to know how cool it is. The design, the rooms the staff and the public rooms are all of understated modernism. My wife and I found it comfortable and relaxing. Others may be put off by the strained caring of the product, From the extra Euro for the World Wildlife fund, to the... More

Hotel is very well located in downtown Madrid. Clean, fresh , modern ambient and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Good option for doing the checkin one day earlier to my arrival. Walking distances from the best tourist places, plazas and local markets.

We stayed 3 nights here and the staff could not do enough to make our stay memorable. They organised tickets (off a scalper!) to a Real Madrid Football game which we couldn't do ourselves. There was no requirement for them to do this but they made the offer and pulled it off. Our room was very pleasant and spotlessly clean.... More

Having stayed at Hotel de las Letras for 3 nights the location at the Gran Via in good walking distance to major sites but more important for Malasana bar area aswell as taps area in the old town this place was the perfect location for a short city trip to Madrid. I stayed at the hotel for a week with my wife. Great location on the Gran Via, very comfortable rooms with very little to complain about. Out first room faced the front and was a bit noisy and the hotel moved us to a rear facing room with no hesitation. But we would also have stayed in the front facing... More

Nice hotel directly at the Gran Via. We stayed in a top floor room with a terrace and that worked very well. Easy staff, great top floor terrace. Compared to a lot of other places at and around Gran Via above average!
