I usually don't go for "boutique" hotels but this gem is an exception. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great location. I am not a "lounge" person but I loved the lounge downstairs with its exceptionally cool music. Too bad Iberia Airlines lost our bags and I had nothing to wear. more

We upgraded to a room with hot tub on our balcony. Unfortunately, we never got to use it. First day we turned it on, jets worked fine, but it was cold water. We are a family of 3, and spent 3 nights at Hotel de las Letras. The hotel is in a perfect location, and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. Stayed for four nights. Room very comfortable and stylish and staff helpful. The roof bar was good and with a great view of the city. One issue was that the bar was very expensive and we found better places to eat and drink outside. The location was excellent, and our room looked out over a quiet back street. more
