We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Location of hotel is superb - great for tourist and weekend visit. Walking distance from hotel to all sites - museums, palace, shopping area and botanical garden. Rooms were small but were clean and nicely decorated, slightly towards the trendy side. All rooms come with Bang & Olufsen phones and TV. I... more

I was in Madrid for the FITUR tourism fair (27Jan-01Feb) and I've staid in NH Paseo del Prado for the first 3 nights. Excellent location (right next to Prado & Thyssen Museum as well as a Starbucks Coffe and VIP's food chain), 5 minutes from Banco de España metro station (red line). My room was quite nice, even though my... more

If you are looking for a great location to discover Madrid, don't hesitate, this is your choice. We had a nice room overlooking Neptune Square.Ask for a high floor, the view is great. Bathroom had everything you need but could have been bigger. Staff was very helpful but the best is the hotel location. more

Location is important because my wife and I would like to see as much as possible in three days. The hotel is nice and clean. Even the smoking room does not smell of cigarettes. 10 minutes walk and we arrive at Puerta Del Sol. Overall the hotel is good. We paid around 104 Euro per night, the most expensive on... more

We stayed four nights and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect and the hotel and the rooms were beautiful. The carpeting was wonderful and cheerful; the doors gorgeous, and the marble bathroom was lovely. The towels, robe, and bed were all comfortable. The service and breakfast were terrific, served in a spacious room. The bread and the eggs/sausage... more

Typically small rooms. Indifferent staff. Very small bedroom. Exceptionally large and nice bathroom (although the teak on the shower floor was black with rot in spots). This what happened to me. As any veteran traveler knows, the first thing that one does when assigned a room is set down your bags and take a look around to see if it... more

Great location. The interior rooms on the courtyard are very quiet. Loved the bathroom! The breakfast was great and the restaurant had wonderful views of the street and the square. We would definitely stay here again. more

Booked a weekend break to celebrate our anniversary and got a damn good deal through lastminute.com. Got to the hotel, and was very impressed with the rooms and mind you I am extremely fussy about where I stay. We got an excellent view of the fountain and a Jacuzzi in the bedroom which I must admit was a great touch... more

Booked to stay here on the advice of TripAdvisor reviews and was not disappointed. We stayed for four nights in early November. Location is excellent, in the middle of the three must see galleries and near Retirio Park. Very close to a great selection of Tapas bars which are in the streets immediately behind the hotel (try Los Gatos if... more
