Hostel is a great location downtown, walking distance from a ton of stuff. It's right by the metro, museums, botanical gardens, El Retiro (which is a gorgeous park/garden), a delicious food market that everyone should go to or shopping. The hostel offers a variety of activities, from tours to pub crawls and the people that work there are super helpful.... More

The hostel offers a perfect location to start exploring Madrid. For the night life you are close to everything and the staff is very helpful to show you the hot spots to go! They have rooms in several sizes depending on what u prefer and r willing to spend. All the lockers work electronically are spacious and work perfectly. I... More

I stayed in this hostel with seven friends and we managed to get a dorm to ourselves. It's decent and clean, although there is little privacy in the shared showers. The kitchens are alright too. By far the best thing about this hostel is the location near to the Prado and the centre of town- we walked everywhere!

Hostel is pretty good for staying in madrid with your friends or alone. the stuff is really friendly and helpful in any questions ( from prices to tickets till where to find a cheap meal). multilingual stuff organise every evening breaking ice parties with free bear and sangria. ( where you can make really interesting acquaintance). one thing when you're... More

The worst hostel I have ever lived in. The staff here is very rude except the girl in the reception. The bed is very dirty and when they clean your room, they will put your bags on your bed. This is impossible in other hostels. Also, they only have two bathroom in each floor, and it'll be very busy in... More

I was staying at this hostal with a friend. My friend was a bit ill, and the lovely guy at reception gave us a smaller room than we had originally booked. To get into the building you must have an electronic chip which has been fashioned into a watch. This "watch" will also get you into your room, and open... More

I stayed here just for one night with a group of friends. It was really close to a metro stop, and only a 5 min walk from Puerta del Sol. The hostel is surrounded by tapas and nightlife. Our room was clean, and I slept completely fine on the beds. There was also a free sangria and beer hour, and... More

I stayed in a 4bed dorm with shared bathroom (down the other end of the corridor) - the bathroom/shower block is never dirty but feels like it's seen some traffic each day - also quite small with only 3 showers and 3 toilets for the girls and same for the guys each floor - not much hanging space for towel/clothes/getting...
