Very nice hotel in the hot spot of Madrid. It is close to everything from the Puerta de Sol, the Royal Palace, the Plaza Mayor and so much more.....all in walking distance. Great shopping. Great restaurants. Great clubs. Great people watching. The price is excellent. The rooms are small but very clean and it does have internet. Great hotel for... More

The hotel is situated in a pedestrian street very close to the Puerta del Sol subway station, making it extremely easy to get to all the landmarks, even by foot!! The rooms have very modern decor, with blackout curtains to sleep in until late and shower panels for a nice steamy shower. The breakfast was great, with a large selection... More

This hotel is so centrally located it would be difficult to find somewhere to match it for value and location. I's situated on Calle de Arenal, right between Sol and Opera metro stations. The service was efficient and friendly, and we had no issues at all. Our room was lovely: clean, comfortable and large enough, with a balcony right over... More

Only thing hi-tech was the steel and glass!!! Most uncomfortable bed ever slept in. My introduction to no box springs, which is common in Europe. Like sleeping on concrete floor. Lacked most of the usual room amenities most Americans hotel/motels furnish. Was clean that is the best I can say about it. Lot of outside or corridor noise. Would not... More

Came here for a long weekend with my wife and three children (8, 6 and 1) The location of the hotel is simply perfect for everything you need - bang in the middle of town opening on to the main street a short walk from the palace and a couple of squares. We had a family room with 2 single... More

The hotel is located at very busy location which can be overwhelming, especially during festive season (we were there for the new year and it was thoughtful of them to provide us with grapes for the countdown tradition and some goodies). The hotel looks very run down when one stepped in, but the room is alright. The lift is very... More

Dear guest, we are pleased to receive your review so all of them let us improve the way we work. It is true that sometimes the town center can be a little bit noisy. Comfy beds, clean etc. The room was kinda small (we could not open the wardrobe due to the bed being too close to the wardrobe door) but I don't really care. The price was fair, and the location was superb.

Despite gd location, there is no air conditioning in the room. Lack of ventilation, and the room is very stuffy! We have problems sleeping at night. Totally disappointed! We will not recommend this to anyone and will never visit here again!

Stayed here while on a business trip. Great location opposite the park and short walk to centre of Madrid. Comfortable accommodation, good shower. No complaints, apart from mini ironing board - which was not ideal for a business trip.

Really liked this place, the location was great, bit hidden in the streets but right in Gran Vía avenue. This place helped me fell in love with Madrid, although it would have happened in any other hotel. Older guests may not find the hotel as comfortable as a younger audience, it is high tech after all.
