We stayed here for 3 nights in June and had a perfect stay. Our flight landed very early in the morning in Madrid, so we got to the hotel before the stated check in time and were given immediate access to our hotel room. The lobby was lovely and there was an elevator up to our third floor room (I... More

Close to Metro, Gran Via, El Corte Inglese department store, shops, restaurants, etc. If you get a reasonable price, a good value. Booking in advance may get better prices. Nice lobby with oversized sofas. Hallways clean but drab (no pictures). Room was small. Bed full size, not queen. Everything clean. Closet has three sliding doors on two tracks -- awkward.... More

Stayed for three nights in April and our room on the fourth floor was spacious with three beds. There was a little noise that can be heard from late night revellers and sirens but nothing unusual for a city centre hotel . The café bar attached to the hotel had a variety of drinks and tapas with friendly staff. Breakfast... More

We stayed here for three nights in April. The size of the room was typical for a European hotel and good for us. Our room was available for us when we arrived, which was terrific. We thought the size of the bathroom was good although the actual room a bit challenging. Breakfast was very good with a variety of breads,... More

We stayed three nights in April with two rooms on the 2nd floor. Great location - a little noisy on Saturday, as it is off Gran Via, but quiet on Sunday and Monday night. One son arrived at hotel on Friday and when we arrived Saturday a.m. we were happy our room was already available. We had a rough start... More

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in april and had a wonderful time. The service is perfect: friendly staff that helps you with reservations for restaurants, good cleaning service, even on sunday, great breakfast with bacon, eggs, croissants, fruit, cereals, orange juice and many more. We booked a room for 2, but since my girlfriend 's in a... More

Spent three nights here and found it very good value for an hotel off the grand via. Easy walk to a lot of sights, tapas bars and shops. The hotel is very clean and tidy with a nice bar. The breakfast was good. Help yourself to scrambled eggs, cooked meats, cheese, etc. We had an average sized room, good size... More

We have stayed in this hotel several times when first arriving in Madrid Spain. The staff have all been very courteous and extremely helpful. The hotel is very close to all amenities. Royal Palace not too far away and a great selection of shops. I really recommend this hotel in Madrid.
