I booked a triple room for my husband, son and I. When we got to Madrid there was a big group of young people so we were offered an upgrade and got a whole apartment with two separate bedrooms, dining area, towels, soap, full kitchen, utensils, bathroom and air conditioner. Could not ask for a better deal. The place is... More

I needed an inexpensive room for one night while on business in Madrid and this fitted the bill perfectly. It was well located, close to major historical sights, wonderful selection of restaurants and crucially for me close to the main train station. Reception was friendly and efficient. I had requested a quiet room away from traffic and that is what... More

No street noise, but thin walls so you might hear your next door neighbor. Very central: approx. 15 mins walk to Plaza Mayor, 6 mins to Prado, 12 mins to airport bus at Cibeles. Clean rooms. View to back yard- ugly but quiet! Awful ceiling illumination, no fancy decoration, but absolutely OK for the price. Room service good. Cheap bottled... More

this pension is right near the heart of madrid city centre, but is on a nice, quiet road (Cervantes - very famous in Madrid). excellent for getting to restaurants, shops, prado museum, retiro park, and 10 walk mins from the train station. we had a double room with ensuite, which was basic but very clean. the owners were friendly and... Just returned from Pension Corbero, have spent 7 nights there with my wife. The pension is located at the Huertas area in CERVANTES street. It is the perfect location, it is a stone throw away from the museums and the pubs, and is only 4-5 minutes from ANTON MARTíN metro station. ...and a ten minute walk from ATOCHA station. We... More

The hostal is definetely a good place to stay. The price is quite good and the location is perfect, just a few squares from the main museums of the city. Since it is situated in a small street, there is little noise coming from it. The room is quite confortable and, although Madrid was desperately hot, the air-conditioned worked well.... More

My daughter (15) and I felt completely safe and comfortable here. Excellent location in central Huertas neighborhood. Easy walk to the 3 big museums - Prado, Reina Sophia, and Thyssen, as well as to Plaza del Sol and Atocha Station. 5 minutes or less walk from Anton Martin metro. Uassuming exterior, quiet, clean, and pleasant. Tiny lobby area, helpful personnel,... More
