As a solo female traveler, it was a good, and relevantly cheap place to stay in Madrid. the owner Beni was fabulous and very sweet. Loved the neighborhood and was walking distance to most places of interest. Rooms were find, although street side could be noisy.

Stayed here in the Chueca, great hip area. Felt like I was in Silverlake (Angeleno here) with all the cool shops, cool bars & gritty streets. Chueca Pension has a great web site and a good price with a good location. But don't fall for it! It doesn't has breakfast, but most hotels in Spain are like this.
