We stayed 3 nights in the Vincci Centrum. We were in doubt which "Vincci" hotel to take, but it turned out that all 3 of 4 are so close to eachother that it really doesn't matter which one to take. I believe this is the cheapest one and this one has everything you'd want as a traveller. The room was... more

Went wiht my gf 1- Location - Just about perfect. Walking distance to everything from restaurants, bars, lounges to Museums. The hotel itself is quiet, not much traffic noise. Getting cabs is not an issue. 2- Rooms - Rooms were above average. Modern with all the necessaites - Bar, LCD TV (16 inch), fridge etc however, some of the room... more

Impressions: One of the best things about the Vinicci is the location. It is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with many nearby restaurants/shops. Also, you are a 10 minute walk from the Prado/ Thyssen museums and other main attractions. This was very convenient for me. Some impressions about the hotel: We stayed in a standard double room. It was comfortable,... more

31 August - 3 September 2008. Overall very poor. Went up to our double room and found that we had the view of a wall and fire escape - no natural light. We were then changed to a twim room as the hotel said they did not have any more doubles eventhough we had booked one - no apology either.... more

I've stayed in Madrid twice, both times booked through travelocity. This hotel was the better deal. Plus points - the location is good for the museums and basically for anything. The hotel is smart and the rooms clean and modern - very good for the (discounted) price. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Minus points - the air conditioning... more

Wife and i stayed here four days whilst enjoying Madrid. Enjoyed the Hotel, although did not have breakfast or use any of the amenities. Hotel is modern and well kept, staff helpful and not intrusive. Also very close to everything you want to see and do in Madrid. We had double with twin beds which was a reasonable size and... more

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, and I was impressed. It may be a small hotel but it is well situated near the metro, museums, Retiro park, Gran Via and lots of restaurants. The staff was vey helpful and always smiling especially Luis and Raquel. We were in Madrid last year too and stayed in... more

This hotel is sufficient. Nice, clean, modern rooms, adequate in size. Refrigerator. Free internet (cable 10Euro deposit, will get back). Breakfast is not incuded (16Euro). The only window leads to an ugly internal stairwell, but there is at least a/c. The location is good and within walking distance of Retiro, Museo del Prado and Plaza Mayor (a longer walk to... more

It is centrally located, near Prado and Thyssen Museums, walking distance to almost everywhere in the historic part of Madrid. The street is not very nice, some abandoned builidings, but no issue, many streets in that area are. The hotel decoration is very nice and new, size of the rooms is good, staff is ok, but we were given a... more
