The Vincci Centrum was a surprise for me, because it was so near to all the main atractions in Madrid. Thyssen, Prado and Reina Sofia Museus are within walking distance, as well as Atocha Station, Parque Del Retiro, Plaza de las Cibeles, shopping area... 31 August - 3 September 2008. Overall very poor. Went up to our double room and found that we had the view of a wall and fire escape - no natural light. We were then changed to a twim room as the hotel said they did not have any more doubles eventhough we had booked one - no apology either.... more
