Good location in the center of town. Close to all the tourist attractions. The rooms are very basic. We had a room facing the street so it was a bit noisy. In overall the hotel was o.k. especially if you need the room for sleep purpose only.

Good location, in the center, I used to stop there when I am in MAdrit. Nice cafes and tapas bars around… But this time service was crap, we ordered trasport to Airport, the receptionist called us when it arrived shouting. We when we went down, 5 minutes after the arranged time, since the lift is something really old and it... More

We loved the Hostal and it's location. Very close to anything in central Madrid. Wonderful staff and very helpful.....the only downside was an upside, depending upon your view point. It was so well located, that there were many, very good bars and restaurants ,right beside the Hostal and they were good, for breakfast, lunch,or dinner. Downside, they didn't close until 4 am.....! Every drunk in Madrid... More

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent. It's 3 min walk from metro. The single room with private bathroom was very clean. There wasn't any problem with hot water. The room had everything you need even a hairdryer and TV. The vintage interior was very nice. I liked this warm and friendly atmosphere very much. There are a lot of... More

I have stayed there twice in the last few years for short stays (2-3 days). The location is very central to all of Madrid's cultural attractions as well as great night life, restaurants and bars. The rooms I had were fine and the staff was very courteous. It's a pretty good value and I always felt very safe with the... More

Madrid is a bustling place with plenty of activity so location helps immensely. Right in the middle of all the fun and within walking distance of almost everything downtown. If you need to travel out a bit, the metro is right around the corner. Very secure and comfortable and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Madrid is very active night so... More

We had a large room with 2 singles and a double - perfect for 2 parents and 2 teenage sons. Nice high ceilings and a balcony. Excellent location - very central to everything. Partying went on outside til the wee morning hours but nothing we couldn't manage. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to explore central Madrid on foot.

Location could not be more central. Perfect access to nearby famed museums (20-25 mins walk), the shops around Sol, earthier Malasana, La Latina etc. Staff polite, price good, rooms clean and decent size. Streets outside lively and a little audible, but hell welcome to Madrid. You could look further and find less. Stayig here you can do everything you need... More
