Had a wonderful 2 night stay in this hotel, good location close to the Gran Via but quiet. Clean, well maintained and the staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. We would stay here again in a heart beat and may do if we're ever back in Madrid. Highly recommend!

Very well located, just a few steps from Gran Via. Spacious rooms and fair breakfast. The staff was usually friendly. Didn't appreciate that, despite the "Do not disturb" sign, services called the room wondering if we wanted the room to be cleaned (probably some housekeeping stress...)

The hotel is very good. The room we received was very comfortable and clean. It is well located, very close to the metro station, although not so close the main city attractions. The breakfast is expensive, so we decided to take it in the several coffee shops near the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
