very simple and confortable hotel ideally located in the heart of the city please avoid rooms on the street ask for rooms on the inside .... very very noisy street nightclubbers and people with loads of alcohol.... bathroom is very correct except one small soap for 2 persons.... i enjoyed and will return

Just returned from a wonderful trip to Madrid - all enhanced by the fantastic experience at this hotel. With the first class welcome, Champagne on arrival and lovely terrace room, the staff made us feel so comfortable we wish we could have stayed longer.
