We stayed two nights in this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The decor in the reception area was simple and modern. The guy on the front desk was helpful with restaurant selections and gave very good recommendations. The location was very convenient. It is just off the Gran Via but also has access to some of the delicious non tourist... More

Very centrally located just one block off of Gran Via, this chic hotel was great. The staff was over the top helpful. Breakfast was good. The room we had (501) was huge by any standard- large bathroom with tub/shower. Very clean and upscale throughout the hotel. Everything is within reasonable walking distance. We would stay there again, for sure.

Arrived at hotel and greeted by receptionist who made me as a inconvenience rather than a customer. Given room 106, which was above the entrance and overlooking what I thought to be a quiet side street off Gran Via. The room was clean, large and airy. However, as the evening progressed, the noise from the bar across the road (most... More

The hotel is well-situated in the city off the main strip, a 3 minute walk to the main shopping district. Wifi was good and free. Our room was on the third floor facing the street. The vehicle traffic was light and the windows blocked out all noise. The blinds blocked out all the light and it was too easy to... More

Very cozy and nicely decorated hotel. Very clean and quiet rooms. Nothing bad to say. Very good hotel compared to the price. Friendly staff, but the staff did not speak so good english. A small store just a few meters across street if you want to buy water or something.

Rooms clean. Location somewhat central to most of the sights. Decent if unexciting breakfast. Staff not overly helpful. Not sure it was a "good" value (but then again, euros are up against the dollar). Nothing above and beyond. Hail your own taxi. That'll save at least 3 euros per ride.
