This is a very funky hotel right in the middle of Madrid so you can walk everywhere. The rooms are a generous size, modern and clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very basic however I learnt this was quite common in Spain.

This is a really great hotell if you want to be within walking distance to almost everything in Madrid! Just 100 meters form Gran Via, and close to Puerta del sol, Plaza del Callao and about 50 meters from the shoppingstreet Calle de Fuencarral - NICE! A lot of great restaurants and bars nearby in Chueca too. The hotel lobby... More

The best location in Madrid (30 meters from the Gran Via main street), which allows the hotel to suggest competitive prices to other center located hotels. The hotel is everything expected from a 4 stars hotel: nice & clean rooms with all required facilities, good & varied American style breakfast (although the same options every day, some changes would be... Very nice place , best location maybe improve the breakfast. Pleasant staff very friendly and well trained . Improving breakfast with more vegetables but greater diversity . The rooms overlook the street not quite dark but very quiet . Very close to the center as well as shopping area . Good deal!

We were upgraded to one of the suites with a private terrace and it became a great place at the end of the day. The service was excellent and the breakfast was a terrific spread. The bed was extremely comfortable and we liked the double sheeting. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely stay at the hotel again when... More

we had a stunning room with a large private rooftop terrace giving us gorgeous views over the city rooftops. However...a stunning room is easily ruined by a bed that is rock hard, lumpy and very uncomfortable. Service was also a bit on the cold side and they refused to give us more than one key to the room...very odd and... More

This hotel has the best location. Right in the middle og Gran Via, and within walking distance from aol major attractions. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, because we thought 15 euros a person is too expansive, and there are countless coffees and restaurants all around. The staff was great - very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious... More

I've been here for a couple of days because of work. Very honestly when you see the lobby, you don't expect the room it's going to be like that. It does not mean that the rooms are not good. Clean but very old furniture, bathroom, duvets and aircon. Good things: the security box and some of the staff at reception... More

The hotel is in a very busy part of town. The main boulevard offers tons of restaurants and shops. However, watch out for sketchy activity going on in the neighborhood, but overall good location. Lobby is beautiful with bar and cozy seating. The rooms are very large and well decorated, although, you must use the key to turn on the... More
