This is a beautiful hotel has excellent rooms and public areas. The one potential problem is the location but we found that was not a problem after all as the bus (no. 133) goes from right outside the hotel door every 5 mins. Stay on to the last stop (1 Euro per person!) and you are right in the center... more

This hotel is located just 10 min. from the airport in a quite neigbourhood of Madrid. To get to the city center you can either take the subway (located 5 min. walk from the hotel) or take a cab (cost approx 20 Euro). Distance to city centre is 10 min by cab or 30 min by subway. For shopping there... more

I visit Madrid a lot for business, so I have stayed in a lot of the hotels. Most of them are disappointing. Consequently, on the occasions that I visited Madrid for leisure I normally spoil myself and stay here. This is an all-suite hotel and all the rooms are very large. Since some of the "standard" suites could do we... more

The hotel is out of central madrid a bit, though easily accesible via metro (very easy to use). The staff is friendly and helpful providing maps, directions, and recommendations. Check in and out were very smooth. Our stay was wonderful, the last three nights of our 2wk european trip couldn't have been spent in a better place. The suite was... more

Myself and my girlfriend stayed at this Hotel in June for one night. We booked online through the hotels own website as this is where the cheapest rates were. I had read the previous reviews on tripadvisor but after double checking the locations from the airport, city centre and Metro stop I decided that this hotel would be perfect. Out... more

The Mira Sierra suites hotel is set in a out of town up market area of Madrid so area was quite and less polluted. The overall decoration of the hotel was excellent and up to five star standard, the lobby large and airy. The staff at the hotel were to Spanish standard so therefore fairly average, it also worth learning... more

Arrived in Madrid on a tuesday evening......... very warm but what do you expect for Madrid in Augsut. Concierge very unhelpful before our arrival in relation to securing a place on the "courtesy bus"! They shouldn't advertise this on booking as it is very misleading. Got a taxi directlly to hotel for approx 22 euro. The hotel itself is lovely,... more

My friend and I chose this hotel as it was away from the sweltering heat of Madrid City Centre and provided an outdoor pool and spa. I live in Madrid and had advised my English friend that the levels of customer service for a 4 star hotel may be typically lower than her expectations. The facilities of the hotel are... more

One of the worst family friendly hotels we have every stayed at. This hotel is not at all family friendly or visitor friendly. 1. They made us wait for 2 hours saturday morning for their scheduled van pick up which then was 50 minutes late. They are only 10 minutes from airport!. 2. Our first two rooms were completely dirty... more
