We stayed in a family room for one night after arriving in Madrid before continuing on to the coast. The good points: - The room itself was OK with a decent sized bed and bathroom with an excellent multijet shower. There are bunk beds for the kids (however see note below) - The breakfast buffet was good in the morning;... more

This was a great hotel. Very conveniant for those with late or early flights. The in-room PCs and free internet is the stand out feature of this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and large too. Very clean bathrooms. The restaurant does not offer much choice and is expensive. That is probably the only down side to this hotel. Staff... more

The hotel is located in a remote neighborhood, surrounded by apartment buildings with barred windows. The restaurant was closed until 8:30 pm...you couldn't even get a sandwich. While it's good to get a room for four people, these rooms are beyond small. The strangest part is the bathroom door was glass .... you can see right in! Not good in... more

This is the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. There was a sewer, sweated smell in the whole hotel from the moment we entered it and it didn't change in the rooms. Took a taxi from Madrid Terminal 4 to the hotel which costed €21 EUR, which was more expensive than a ride into downtown Madrid. The access is... more

The worst part about this hotel was the amenities they claimed to have. We had 2 criteria: an indoor swimming pool and air conditioning. Their information claimed they have both. NOT. Their "indoor" heated swimming pool is neither indoors, nor heated. It is not even attached to the hotel. It is in the back yard on a cement slab, covered... more

High Tech hotel Aeropuerto offers a clean, contemporary property with a convenient shuttle to Barajas, Madrid's airport. It is comfortable and clean. The contemporary design is pleasant, with an emphasis on efficiency. The restaurant was surprisingly good, which is important, because the hotel really isn't close to much. This is a hotel that is good for business travelers and those... more

We stayed here our last night prior to leaving Spain, since we wanted to be close to the Madrid airport. There was supposed to be a hotel shuttle from the airport when we arrived from Barcelona, but it never showed up. After watching every other hotel shuttle drive by, we took a taxi. The taxi driver had a hard time... more

My wife and 2 kids were not able to book a room at an airport hotel until the night we actually arrived since we didn't know we'd make it on our flight to Madrid. We wanted to find a nice place that was convenient to the airport to fly out of Madrid the next morning. We booked a quad room... more

We returned from a 2 day study visit of Madrid yesterday and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The hotel itself was fine for our requirements. We went to Madrid with a view to travelling around a lot so didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel but generally, the rooms were clean and... more
