A very comfortable hotel and staff very good. The only criticism is that the bar closes on holidays and it is impossible to get a drink in the hotel otherwise everything is well up to standard.

I have stayed at this hotel almost every year since it opened. I am pleased with the hotel in general. My only comment is on the television. Although I am of Spanish decent , my Spanish is marginal. Today most Spanish channels offer movies etc in Dual language. Unfortunatly this Hotel does not provide tVs with the capability of Dual...

booked this hotel for a 2 night weekend stay in October through Expedia. The hotel itself was fine. Although the bar had closed by midnight on th Saturday. The problem is that its not in MADRID. A taxi ride from the airport was €40. Journey time from the local Metro to the city centre was 1 hour with two track...
