We stayed here for just 4 nights, close to metro station so everything easy to get to. Rooms big enough although no fridge in the rooms was a bit of a pain. The cleaning service was faultless. All of the staff were friendly

I absolutely loved this hotel. We paid 40 Euros for one night (our last night in Spain) and got a huge room with an enormous terace. The terace had furniture, where we could sit and enjoy a nice view of the quiet street. The bathroom was very big too, and the whole room extremely clean. The hotel also has an... More

Easy to walk around the centre from the hotel. We did not eat in the hotel but it smelled really nice and they offered churros with chocolate (a Spanish pastry) at a very reasonable price. Staff was helpful and swift. The room was spacious enough and beds comfortable. Building is nice, area is safe. If you want to buy some... More

Hotel was in a great location, very near to Puerta de Toledo station. (Also near to La Latina Station but its a walk uphill, 5-10 mins). For a 3-star hotel it exceeded our expectations. Room was big and spacious, clean and so was the bathroom. Hotel decor was so-so but it didn't bother us much. Could do with more international... More

- Friendly and helpful service (thank you Sonia) - Easy to find with secure parking available - Convenient ~15min walk to Plaza Mayor - ~5-10min walk to restaurant area near theatre - Decor slightly dated on first impression - lose the bedspread and throw on a white doona and our thoughts would change - it would lift the whole room... Stayed two nights at this fantastic hotel, the bedrooms were excellent, lovely clean white sheets, and the bathroom en-suite facilities were really good. The food at this hotel Breakfast and evening meal was a buffet type and was very, very good, with a lot of choice, the bar facilities were also excellent with a free tapas served with the drinks,... Great place to stay and good value for money although the rooms at the rear of the building are a little dark. Breakfasts varied and enjoyable. Only a short walk from the buzzing old town area, metro, city tour bus stop and the Athletico Madrid Stadium. Staff friendly, polite and very helpful.

Recently stayed here with some friends for 3 nights, although standards of rooms are generally good they are let down by the bathrooms which are small,no fan and windows that open into shower very iffy therefore bathrooms become very wet and slippery. The breakfasts are very good and the staff friendly and helpful, as a hotel to stay in would not... More
