Another small hotel of The Petit Palace chain. The location is great near Gran Via and Chueca. Hotel staff was very helpful. The room was great with 2 big mirrors. The air condition worked just fine. The bathroom could be larger, especially the shower, but it works fine if you haven’t a big body. Breakfast is nice. Nice value for... More

I didn't have any problems with this hotel. The hotel is clean - the room isn't spacious, but isn't cramped either - bright, and modern. The building itself is very pretty and the rooms have excelllent views. Gran Via is a bit noisy in the evenings, but the noise is only bothersome if you leave the doors to the balcony... More

the hotel has an excellent location! right in the center, a 3 minutes walk to the metro station (which connects you anywhere) and 5 minutes walk to puerta del sol; and very close to restaurants, shopping districts, clubs/pubs.... the double room has a good space in general, equipped with just the basic stuff you need...shower cabinet is a bit small... Pleasant modern hotel in a nice old building excellently located next to Grand Via, which allows you to go on foot to almost all major tourist attractions of Madrid and have a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops just a few meters away. Helpful reception stuff. Although this was my second stay there, this time we were given a... More

As you would expect, this modern hotel delivers the Petit Palace chain's standard well. It is in an old building ideally situated between museum row and the Plaza Mayor and shops. Rooms are a decent size, with clean modern bathrooms. They have a policy of adjusting their web price based on total bookings, so prices can vary enormously over just... More

We stayed an overnight at this hotel in the center of town we were in between flights. The hotel is located very very good in the middle of things. everything is just in a walking distance. The room was OK, but not so well equipped (no safe, shower was for handicap and was not so nice and clean)

First off, you can't beat the location. One minute from Gran Via metro station. Some folks prefer Plaza Major, but I feel Gran Via is more central to the rest of things. You can easily stroll from here to the Calle Infanta area for nightlife and food, or down to the Cibeles Building area for the museums. The Callao area... More

My wife and I and two teenaged children stayed at the Petit Palace Ducal. It is a centrally located hotel on Hortaleza just north of Gran Via in central Madrid.
