First of all this hotel is built for conferences and large groups, that why it has 900 rooms. The rooms are all the same, decent size, good beds and free wifi. The lights are all 'energy saving bulbs' which gives the feeling to be in an office. Maid forgot to clean the room one day. Had to make 2 calls... More

Dear client, first of all thank you for your comments about your experience in our hotel. As you said this hotel is focused on confenreces and conventions. Regarding the cleaning issue we have talked directly with the housekeeper and the reception manager and told us the "do not enter" sign was hung on your door that's why we didn't enter... More

An absolutely huge hotel. Free shuttle buses to all terminals every 30 mins over 24 hours. Television remote did not work so tv could not be turned on - obviously not checked. So short of time that I didn't bother reporting this. Room and hotel seemed clean. Hotel about 10 min drive from the airport on a main road in... More

I went into this hotel for a seminar for 3 days. First of all the taxi driver ask me 30€: it’s only at 5 mn from the airport… then when you arrive the front door seems nice but everything on the side of this hotel is similar to an industrial zone. I have been happy when I saw in the... More

Grand hotel with fantastic business facilities. Although it was private trip ( holiday) hotel was totally suitable for our purpose. Food was great. Did enjoy fitness facilities. Part of the hotel undergoing refit - looking forward to see newly pampered rooms! Worth it to stay either business travel or holiday

I was with a large work group so I had no choice but we were all laughing at how uncomfortable the beds were and how gross overall the rooms were. It's very close the airport and the surroundings are pretty ugly. I suspect people stay here out of convenience only.

This large conference hotel is convenient to the airport in Madrid (and has a free though unreliable shuttle) but is in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and quality is good. The fitness center needs updating -- machines are in disrepair and not a lot of choice. The pool area... More

The hotel looks like a hospital, it is in the middle of nowhere with very bad connections either to the city centre or to the convention centre of madrid, ifema. You need to pay 25€ for ifema and 35€ for the city and during rush hour it takes you long time. This hotel is good only if you want to... More

The Hotel Auditorium Madrid is a very nice hotel near the airport of Madrid. Of course, if you want to visit the city center of Madrid, I would not recommend you this hotel as it would be pretty far away (one way from this hotel to the city center of Madrid -Plaza Mayor-with the taxi would be around 30 Eur).... I stayed at this hotel when I went to the Bachatea dance congress in Madrid. The hotel is huge and looks grand but other than that, there is not much to it.
