This hotel looks ghastly on its website and sadly reality is not any better. This is clearly a conference hotel and definitely not for any other purpose. Old fashioned, huge, no outdoor areas what so ever. It takes 20 minutes by taxi into the city centre.

This hotel is mostly used by businesses for conferences; it sells itself in its ability to cater for 100s/1000s of people in such an environment. The conference rooms we used had no natural light and that is something that I believe makes it very difficult to concentrate and makes viewing screens tiring. The food (breakfast and lunch was provided) was... More

Dear client, first of all thank you for your comments in regard to your experience with us, the meeting rooms located on the ground floor have no natural light nor columns, there are some other 28 rooms located on the mezzaine floor which provide natural light. Regarding the room we are sorry the shower was like that, about the window... More

I recently stayed at the Hotel Auditorium for a conference, and I couldn't wait to leave. The worst problem was the strange chemical smell in my room when the air conditioning was running. It really made sleeping difficult. The air con is also pretty useless - after runnin gon high for 5 hours, it dropped the temperature from 26 to... More

Regarding the smell and the aircon we will report that to the maintenance department to find out the reasons so that we can fix it. If you look up this hotel on tripadvisor, you most likely are a business traveler who will soon be sent to some conference taking place in this hotel, and your reason to read the reviews here is not because you wonder IF you should choose this hotel, but rather what you are about to experience. Be reassured: A shuttle will... More

Terrible hotel, looks very dated. Worst of all - they have not a single area to go outside. You can ONLY stay inside. I ask repeatedly for a place to sit outisde to get some fresh air, but they insist the areas are not open (the little they do have outside is closed off). It is April, 25 C outside,... More

Dear client, we are sorry your experience was not so good because of this outside area issue. You can of course go outside and have a walk. Regarding hotel areas we do have our swimming pool area and the cocktail bar terrace but despite the 25 ºC that we have now we are still in April which means in a... More

The Auditorium is a very large conference hotel on the out skirts of Madrid. There is local transport into the city. The positives are that as a conference venue great rooms for sessions and good conference facilities. Also one of the best bar pizza's from any hotel. The negitive side are the rooms do not allow any opening so no... More

In an attempt not to sound overly critical of the hotel, let me begin with the positives. It is a great conferencing venue with the capacity to hold major conferences and has great wifi. However if you are a tourist do not stay at this hotel. The hotel is roughly 1 hour using public transport and the cost of bussing... More

Dear client, we are sorry to hear that about the bussing, here in Madrid there're no difference rates for people who are not from the European Union, everyone pays the same fare whether you are Spanish or foreigner. It's a shame the beds were not comfortable for you. Regarding the English TV Channels there are quite a lot of them... More

This is a large hotel in an industrial area with good facilities (large pool, gym etc) which we availed of, It is ideal for short stays while commuting with a bit of luxury compared with other airport hotels. Massive hotel primarily for the conference market. I stayed on a Friday night so it was pretty empty & I got a really good promo deal (€50). Very clean, spacious & well appointed rooms. Good food & beverage choices and reasonable prices. Would stay again & recommend. If I stayed mid-week (crowded I imagine) and had to pay the full... More

This hotel is a large (1000) room hotel built for the conference market. It's near the airport, but a long way from Central Madrid, and in an industrial area. Not for tourists! On the whole it's decent, good food, nice rooms, but lacks amenities such as a pool or pay for movies (or English language TV) so take your entertainment... More

Dear client, thank you for your comments, regarding the distance to Madrid we know we are not in the centre but right in front of the hotel there's a bus stop where you can take quite a lot of buses which will take you to Avenda América in 15-20 minutes.
