Excellent location around the corner from Puerta del Sol, a short walk to Metro, a short walk (100 meters) to the night shuttle to the airport. Staff goes out of their way to be rude. The woman who checked me in couldn't speak a single word of English and would give me attitude or curse me in Spanish when I wouldn't understand what she said. Worse, she would make fun of my Spanish whenever I'd make a mistake. No one deserves this kind of disrespect. More
