Clean and friendly service. Restaurant is mediocre. No apparent room service. Paid "fast" wifi is not fast and disconnects regularly. Located 20 minutes by taxi from Madrid center and 5 kilometers from IFEMA conference center. 2 moderate restaurants within walking distance. Everything else requires taxi or public transportation. Best I can say is adequate.

We arrived late at night. The reception took ages to get our rooms sorted out. And we were hungry. The fare dished out at the coffee shop was worse than the airline food we had been eating! The room was nice and clean. They have a funny habit of giving you a trouser press but no iron. The following day... More

Just spent three nights at this holiday as part of a short winter holiday, staff at reception were not overly welcoming on our arrival, most of the staff we spoke with spoke very little English, our room was ok, there is a wifi connection but it is very slow and only free for 24hrs you have to pay to use... I think is quite an incredible hotel and enjoyed my 3 nights there immensely. I was there for business and was on the 10th floor, by a Japanese designer. I'm sure this floor would not be to every ones taste but I loved it. Stark white 10th floor lobby followed by black hallways and very dark bedrooms. It appealed to... More

Stayed here for business to be close to IFEMA conference center and airport. This is a business hotel, plain and simple. If you are a tourist, city central is far. Taxi to city central is around 20 euros. Room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. But the bed is the most uncomfortable ever--hard as a rock and you can... More

I was not been impressed by the reception and I've been a bit disappointed for the fact that WiFi is terribly low and the TV has not a good variety of non-Spanish channels ... but when I had dinner at the restaurant I've been glad of my choice!

Hotel was really nice and clean, great location to visit Madrid. Reception was very welcoming and the restaurant for Breakfast was also really good. Great food selection and fresh ingredients. Will surely go back if we are planning a trip to Madrid next time

We stayed there for business and, although the hotel itself it's nice and the rooms are ok, the service was very bad. Very slow person at reception, mixed our reservations and was overall unfriendly and unhelpfull. We decided to have lunch at the restaurant and it was even worse. Very slow, had more than half an hour wait between curses... More

I stayed in this hotel during almost 3 weeks on a row in July and I have to say that I ended a little bit disappointed. The main value added is that was close to the office where I was working, but not much I can say. The rooms are OK, but the customer service is not always the best.... More

Hallways are a little scruffy, the breakfast room is a bit basic and crowded, the staff can be a bit stiff and unfriendly, but the hotel has quiet rooms, nice and firm beds, a well stocked bar, a comfortable, spacious lobby. It's situated right next to the motorway, a 10 minute drive from the airport, a 10 minute drive from... More
