I stayed in this hotel during almost 3 weeks on a row in July and I have to say that I ended a little bit disappointed. The main value added is that was close to the office where I was working, but not much I can say. The rooms are OK, but the customer service is not always the best.... More

Hallways are a little scruffy, the breakfast room is a bit basic and crowded, the staff can be a bit stiff and unfriendly, but the hotel has quiet rooms, nice and firm beds, a well stocked bar, a comfortable, spacious lobby. It's situated right next to the motorway, a 10 minute drive from the airport, a 10 minute drive from... More

Booked this hotel for 3 nights as price wasnt too bad at the time. The room was spacious and bathroom was a nice size with both tub and shower seperate. There was a bus stop just around the corner to get you into town for 1.5euro which is alot cheaper than the UK. When we arrived at the hotel it... More

A return visit a good welcome but clearly they are going after the 'the small conference' market as there was a snacks party on the fake terrace outside the hotel. The room was as expected clean and comfortable as in most hotels the restaurant did not open until 830pm. However on both evenings was full to capacity due to the... More

Nice and clean room with spacious bathroom with both tube and shower. The building and lobby interior is probably not for everyone but this is not impacting rooms which are modern. I remember that breakfast was far better 3 years ago but times changing. Anyway price we paid can compensate some week points.

The hotel is situated half way between the airport and city centre in one of Madrids business areas. Modern, clean, good size rooms the hotel serves the purpose well. It has a good restaurant, bar and the breakfast is more than adequate. You can book free shuttles to and from airport if needed. All in all a the hotel fits... More

Even though this hotel is a bit of a distance from the city centre there is a very good bus service to the centre of Madrid which operates until 23:00 hours but even after that there is an hourly night bus service. Ask the hotel for there free shuttle service to and from the airport, otherwise the cab will cost... More

Stayed for two nights in October for business. The hotel is clean and welcoming with well equipped rooms and spacious bathrooms. Great if driving as there's plenty of free on street parking nearby. The nearest metro is a 15 min walk down pleasant suburban roads. Breakfast was good - continental with a nice selection of typical Spanish desayuno items such... More

then stay at this awful hotel. Internet service is a total rip-off, the food is not good and the rooms are average. The only good thing is the view if you're lucky enough to be on a high floor. The only reason I stayed here was because it was walking distance from my daily meetings in a semi-industrial area on... More
