Nice and clean room with spacious bathroom with both tube and shower. The building and lobby interior is probably not for everyone but this is not impacting rooms which are modern. I remember that breakfast was far better 3 years ago but times changing. Anyway price we paid can compensate some week points.

The hotel is situated half way between the airport and city centre in one of Madrids business areas. Modern, clean, good size rooms the hotel serves the purpose well. It has a good restaurant, bar and the breakfast is more than adequate. You can book free shuttles to and from airport if needed. All in all a the hotel fits... More

Even though this hotel is a bit of a distance from the city centre there is a very good bus service to the centre of Madrid which operates until 23:00 hours but even after that there is an hourly night bus service. Ask the hotel for there free shuttle service to and from the airport, otherwise the cab will cost... More

Stayed for two nights in October for business. The hotel is clean and welcoming with well equipped rooms and spacious bathrooms. Great if driving as there's plenty of free on street parking nearby. The nearest metro is a 15 min walk down pleasant suburban roads. Breakfast was good - continental with a nice selection of typical Spanish desayuno items such... More

then stay at this awful hotel. Internet service is a total rip-off, the food is not good and the rooms are average. The only good thing is the view if you're lucky enough to be on a high floor. The only reason I stayed here was because it was walking distance from my daily meetings in a semi-industrial area on... More

Good business hotel. Rooms are sizeable, nice bathroom, bed comfortable and room clean. Breakfast is average but everything you need in the morning. Not much else around the hotel but very convenient for business.

Visiting an office 5 minutes from this hotel which is why we stayed here. Arrived at hotel and took 4 visits to receptiom before my key would work, actually had to swap rooms to get a working key. Received a fruit platter in my room for the trouble. Rooms were clean and comfortable, only one or two English channels despite... More

The hotel is located in a non central area of the city, even if you can get to Salamanca quarter in less then 15 minutes. The rooms are big enough and so is the toiled. However I was unlucky to receive very poor service. Both days I was attended by a person on stage who clearly did not know how... More

Lovely, clean, comfortable hotel. Approx 20mins walk to the nearest tube station, then only 7/8 stops to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well and although our room (403) was near the lifts we were not disturbed. The hotel allowed us to check in early and leave later at no extra cost.... More

Very clean and very modern, this is an ideal business hotel. As far as any other amenities the hotel falls below any expectations. The cafeteria is sub par and the restaurant closes on the weekends. not what was expected from their adverts.
