Quite in the centre of Madrid, nevertheless quiet. Room, beds, toilet were clean and the hosts very friendly and helpful. Sometimes a problem: The old-style elevator does not come, when people on other floors forgot to shut both doors. But this helps to some exercise on the staircase.

We read the reviews and wondered if it was going to be as good as expected... and it was. Spotlessly clean, warm rooms and bathrooms. Simple, but great value. Very helpful people running the place. Great location for seeing the sights of Madrid, all within walking distance. Highly recommended.

For simple, budget accommodations this place is great! I was impressed with the obviously high standards for cleanliness here. Rooms are simply furnished (bed, desk and armoire) but are spotless.
