It was great size for European Standards. Nice part of town and very good overall. There were a few properties that went the step above (Don't forget Madrid was hopeful twice for the Olympics and built many hotels to show they could be ready). more

Stayed at the Gran for 3 nights for our first time to Madrid. I stayed in Madrid with my family, brother and parents. We felt as we were in our own home! Meliá Fenix is very good located next to Museo del Prado, Cibeles Fount.... And it is next to Hard Rock Cafe Madrid. The service is perfect, the bed increadible confortable!!!! Very good breakfast as well! We really recommend this hotel! more

We chose a superior room on Booking.com and we got exactly what we paid for. ...except for the view! Plaza Colon is under construction at the moment, so the view is not great! In fact everything that was described on the website was in the room, even the soundproof windows. Beautiful room very nicely decorated with a floor to ceiling... more
