Breakfast is decent and tasty. No noise whatsoever. You can sleep safe and sound there. Internet is tremendous although it does not reach the rooms, just the lobby. The staff is competent and friendly. The receptionist can also speak english a bit. The bathrooms are shining with cleanliness. There's a vending machine also. Lobby is cozy at night.

I stayed for three nights while visiting Madrid with my mother. It is close to metro stops, restaurants, Corte Ingles, and coffee shops. The place is very clean and comfy, the staff is helpful and attentive. You'll get rest at night because there aren't any bars around.

I had cause to use this hotel as my normal apartment could not be used due to decoration. This hotel is on the upper floors of a residential building excellently situated close Madrid centre and various Metro and bus routes. Access to/from airport is relatively painless with one change. Rooms basically decorated and furnished but that is reflected in the... More

Went here with a group of students twice. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Located in a nice area and close to public transportation. It's not a luxurious hotel by any means, but if you're looking for a place that is clean and reasonably priced, I'd recommend it. The only complaint I'd have... More

This place was clean and inexpensive. Location was good too. All in all a good value for the money and perfect for someone who likes a simple functional and clean room. We were there at the end of summer vacation month so it was not busy which was perfect. The only thing is I wish wireless internet worked in the... More

Sounds like a bit of a paradox, doesn't it? What I mean is that the hotel is located in a lovely business and upscale residential neighborhood. However, it is two blocks from a metro station which can get you to all tourist locations within minutes. We had the good fortune of recommendations of restaurants in the neighborhood, one of which... More

Excellent service by all staff we met. Room had everything that we needed for a 1 night stop and was clean and comfortable. Hot and cold drinks machine was also provided in the Salon area. The hotel was in a perfect position to be able to walk out to whatever we needed. Plenty to do and see in this area... More

Good location in Madrid. Staff very friendly and helpfully. Rooms are shoebox sized with very thin walls and small TV with no English channels. Fine if you only need a night and do not plan to stay in the room long.

Good choice if you want: - a place to sleep after a long day of walking - sightseeing - shopping in Madrid - simple, small but clean rooms Look somewhere else for: - a big breakfast - large rooms - a place right into the touristic heart of Madrid (still, in Don Diego you'll be at 5 minutes from metro... This is a good choice for a person appreciating tranquility, not the most central location. Still there are a lot of shops and some restaurants in the area. Close to subway. The hotel was not modern but ok. My room at the end of the corridor was rather quiet, although the walls are thin. It was rather small but with... More
