The only advantage I can think of is hotel's location. Apart from that, it is a disaster. Old, stinky, and dirty rooms, awful breakfast (only pastry), disguisting bathrooms. I wouln't recommend it to anyone. more

This hotel is ideally placed on a pedestrian street between the Puerta del Sol and the Opera house. The Plaza Mayor and the Real Palace are both within 5 minutes walk as are some of the many tapas bars and restaurants. ok, so its a 2 star hotel. but its not bad. there are large cracks in all the walls in the hotel, i thought it was just in my room. but they are everywhere, i was in room 429 which is only a room, the bathroom/shower in down the hall and down another hall, so its inconvenient. a good location... more
