We stayed here in sept for a late summer city break and football weekend. It is outside the city so away from the tourist bits.. but it wasnt a lovely place to stay.. it was close to the santiago.. in the middle of hustle and bustle of the financial district with shops all around.. a true reflection of madrid away... Very convenient for us, coming from the airport. Direct metro line to Nuevo Ministerio Station and then a 10 minute walk to hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and very quiet at night. There are a lot of cafes, bars (think tapas), grocery stores all within a 2 block radius. There is also a Cortes Ingles close by. If... More

First: The staff was AMAZING and super helpful with anything you needed. :) Second: The room was average I guess....No frills about it...at all. Our room was clean and very average.....the kitchenette was nice and clean. The location was fine with us as we utilize the Metro system often. The walk to the metro was quick and Starbucks is not... Great place to stay. Roomy apartments with 1 or 2 separate bedrooms plus kitchen. Lots of restuarants and bars close by as well as an indoor market. 3 different metro stops within 10 minute walk. Very friendly staff who are also very helpful. We stay here whenever we are in Madrid.

We booked this hotel through Royal holiday club so I don't know whether we got different rooms but I have to say I cannot recognise this place from other glowing reviews. The first room we had was at the front of the hotel and in dire need of refurbishment. My wife's face dropped when we were shown into the suite.... More

We stayed here for a period of three weeks, at all times the service standards were high and very professional. The rooms were of a generous size, the only comment here is that the decor is out dated, however this did not effect our stay. The hotel is located in a convenient and upwardly mobile area with good access to... More

Good location for soccer fans and business travellers. The public transportation is excellent so you will reach old Madrid in 15 minutes by bus, train, or subway. The hotel room is spacious (suite), but a little bit run down. Still a good value for a big city.

I stayed in this place for a month when I moved to madrid in nov 2011 due to job relocation with my company. It is a good place even if in needing of a refurbishment. Like the majority of hotels in Spain it is very old style, but still functional. It is not in the center but close an well... More

I ended up staying here as it was on my company's list of approved hotels. I really wish it wasn't. The apartment itself is quite spacious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, but that's about where the plus points stop. The rooms smelled of smoke, the kitchen was far too small (in a cupboard), the sofa really uncomfortable,... More
