We stayed 4 days at this hotel and we jumped into several issues. First of all, the heating system was not working properly. This meant a cold room with no possibility to change it with a heated one and we were just gave a stove to solve the problem. Besides this we were not aware of the renovation works going... More

This hotel is currently being renovated and it is always difficult to run a hotel in these circumstances. They did, though, manage very well. My room had just been finished - the paint was only just dry and the room numbers had yet to be painted. Though the room was small, it was of a good standard and well fitted... More

Perfect location, clean hotel and very efficient staff. Good breakfast with a good variety of food. Fantastic lobby for a drink a free appetizers. Will recommend this hotel to friends. We were in room 401 no view but room was large enough and no noise could be heard from gran via. Most comfortable bed ever!!!

Hotel ok. Room quite small but adequate for city centre break. But just had the rudest service from the bar staff. Ok she was busy(ish). But rather than ignore us tell us she will be with us asap! When we did get served very abrupt!

We stayed in this lovely hotel from 13-16th September 2014. We had never been to Madrid before so knew nothing about best places to stay, hotels etc. Our travel agent assured us that H10 hotels had a fantastic reputation so we went with this hotel and hoped for the best. How glad we were. We booked a room with a... More

we stayed here, after a week in a terrible hotel in Barcelona, our room was just great, on the last floor and with a small balcony, we really enjoyed our stay here, great selection for breakfast, strategic location very close to puerta del sol, and few meters fro the metro that takes you basically everywhere (including the airport, i would... We have just returned home after a four night stay at this hotel. It was excellent in every respect. It represents superb value for money and is in a great location on the Grand Via, I would recommend it to anyone. The breakfast is good, especially the gorgeous scrambled eggs and the Nespresso machine that produced great coffee. However, the... More

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. It's situated in the heart of the city where all the attractions may be seen by foot. For a building that is a century old, the facility is nice and clean. Everything was in working order. The breakfast was really great compared to this next hotel I'm staying in. What really made... More

We stayed here three nights and enjoyed the hotel. The room was fairly small and the hairdryer in the bathroom was almost too high for short women. Other than that, the room was clean, the halls had lights that turned on before you got to them and there was an old cage elevator which was interesting (as well as a... More

Very good city hotel, in a nice location. All major views within walking distance. Clean rooms and a nice breakfasts. Lots of choice and plenty. Didn't try the restaurant, but the bar also offers nice snacks. Friendly, helpfull staff, something to recommend :)
