This hotel is great! Clean rooms, good beds, the WC had everything needed, buffet breakfast was wonderful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It´s smack in the center of Madrid, which was fantastic so we just walked everywhere! I'd rate this a 5 star hotel. More

Although the staff is still great and the location in Las Letras one of the best, the recent tie-in with Accord Hotels is disappointing. The All Seasons brand has taken what was once a nice, comfortable, traditional 3-star hotel and made it less appealing.
