The hotel seemed to have the bare minimum number of staff. You could call reception and often no one would answer. The cafe/dining room area had one person running the place and he definitely seemed to be run off his feet. The safe in the room was not working and so had to call someone each day to get access... We've only stayed one night in this hotel but we loved it. The design is really modern, the room very spacious and we´ve had an amazing view to the city. The beds were also very spacious and comfortable and I loved the modern design in the room and big bathroom. The big shoppingcentre is just a few minutes in walking... More

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the family we were visiting in Madrid. Although it's very close to the airport, it's around 20 mins on the Metro into the city centre - hence the title. The rooms were fairly basic but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was modern with dark polished concrete and the... More

... still the hotel is really good. It is new, quiet and clean. Rooms are quite big, air conditionned is ok. I have eaten there and food was served frozen, plates almost thrown on the table... Location is not the best as you are far from the center.

I was staying on business and it was very near my client (walking distance) and the airport (12 minutes by taxi) - I can't comment on the location re: city centre or other attractions. Check-in was efficient, though the lobby was a little scruffy. Room was of a good size, with a double-bed and a working area. It was, however,... More

This hotel is outstanding in all regards. Efficiently checked in, English spoken if needed. Directions to the metro and a map given (5 minute walk) with help on which lines to take and where to change at. Room was great, spacious, desk and chair, lounge chair, night stand, closet with extra pillows and blankets. Bathroom well equipped with toothbrushes, and... More

This is a great hotel albeit somewhat far from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are nice. They even have two sinks so you don't have to wrestle your significant other for who gets to brush their teeth first. Bed is very comfy too and price is very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.... More

Good hotel, 250 metres (around ten minutes walking) far from Esperanza metro station. The citycentre is easily reachable by metro. Comfortable basic rooms with basic modern furniture. Modern bathroom. Good breakfast with good quality and fresh products. Clean rooms, clean corridors, clean breakfast room. Good free wifi connection. Kind English speaking staff. We received good value for money. In my... More
