We've just come back from 3 nights at this hotel, the rooms were very clean, good beds, and a very central location, but despite telling the staff every day, we unfortunately couldn't get any hot water for showers / baths, it just kept alternating between lukewarm and warm. So this is a great hotel if you're a fan of cold... More

Nice central location within easy walking distance to the Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor and Sabatini Gardens. A variety of eating places are in close proximity as are small delicatessens/supermarkets. We stayed in a studio apartment and the kitchen, though small, was more than adequate for the two of us. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

I stayed for a week in this apart hotel in July 2013. The location is amazing, right on Gran Via within short distance walking from the Plaza Mayor, Palace Real, Puerta del Sol, etc. The Retiro Park and Prado Museum will take you less than 15 minutes walking as well. The room I had was big for Europe (studio), with... More

We stayed here in a spacious studio apartment with skylight windows. The view is of the sky and stars at night, and if you stand on the ladder provided , of the skyline of the Gran Via. We loved the central location, really easy to reach from the airport by using the Metro to Plaza de Espana. The royal palace... More

We came back last night having stayed for 3 nights in Espa Gran Via 65. We were on a room only basic. This is a lovely hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the 2nd floor looking out on the Gran Via and we were told that they would change us to a higher floor... More

We stayed overnight and we thought it was a bargain, because the location is excellent, the room was clean and that been renovated recently, the staff were attentive and friendly, and indeed it was great value for money. We recommended it to all our friends. The only problem is that the hotel doesn't have a car park, an the cost... More

The name of the hotel is now Espahotel Gran Via. The location is excellent. Cleaning services have been excellent. They have washed up all dishes every day and the Internet has worked. We did make our own breakfast daily after the first morning. The restaurant was empty and the breakfast not very delischous. The buffet breakfast costed eight Eur. Also... More

We recently spent 4 nights at this hotel. Everything is OK: cleanliness, bedding, reception, location, price. This hotel is on the main boulevard, close to a lot of sites to visit, 2 minutes from metro station. If we are back to Madrid, we would be staying again at this place. Some small negatives points: AC is noisy, Wi-Fi is not... More

The location is great, could not be more central. The room is big and clean, stuff very helpful(even more then in the other hotels). If you need any help,or just need tickets for flamenco show, you can ask at the reception, and you'll get all you need. I really loved the place, and I'll be back !
