This is a good option if you are staying in Madrid. Pensions are hostels will cost you more or less the same, so a NH hotel is always a good choice. Nevertheless, I found the room a bit old and the toilet smelled (room 210). The service wasn't the best. More

Excellent location beside a metro station with many residential buildings close by. A few good restaurants and a market nearby as well. Staff members speak English and are very accomodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. WIFI not so reliable. More

Hotel is located in a nice part of the center. Clean rooms in an renovated old appartment building. Great breakfest. You can order fresh cooked supplements at no extra charge. In my opinion the hotel deserves a higher Tripadvisor rating. Rob More
