The hotel's location is excellent - a few yards off Gran Via. The reception area and bar are very nice. Breakfast room decor was very average. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Just off Gran Via and very close to the metro line and therefore easily accessible from the airport. Cost for one metro journey was two euros, which included airport supplement.
