I stayed here and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, since European hotels are usually on the smaller side. The room had a large desk and comfortable atmosphere with a gorgeous balcony. While it was about a 20-30 minute walk from the main areas, I found it very reasonably priced and the service was fantastic. It seems that Best... More

We stayed at the Best Western Trafalgar because it was just down the road from our daughter's apartment. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, the wifi worked great and it beat all expectations for a 3 star hotel.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities at the hotel were acceptable - wifi in room a bonus + they had a printer/laptop facility in the lobby, which allowed me to print out boarding pass. 'restaurant' was really a cafe type and pretty basic. However there are so many restaurants and bars locally it didn't really matter. Rooms very clean... More

Had a very short visit for one night only, hadn't got the chance to look around. But the setup I saw seems like an old-style hotel.. The single room I had although very was clean though. Good for budget accomodation.

The friendliest staff I have ever met in a hotel. Very clean room. Room super small with tiny shower but you get what you pay for and it was a bargain. Was on my own without the family so met all my needs. If you plan on sleeping in then take ear plugs as church bells very loud!

My second visit to this hotel, overnight 21st, June 2012. One again, all was VERY clean and the reception staff courteous and welcoming. This time my room was on the 5th. floor. When opened, my window I overlooked the middle of the hotel best described as a very deep well, pretty scruffy but I didn't mind that, after all, I... More

The main purpose for choosing this hotel was to be near friends who live near Quevedo station. As has been written before, it provided a compact room for much needed rest after tramping around Madrid for a day. I shared a triple room with my partner and a friend and it was clean and the main king size bed comfortable.... More

Stayed here for three nights while at a work meeting. The spacious balcony overlooks a busy road, which is busy all through the night, but with the sliding doors closed and the shutters down (and air conditioning on) it's not a problem. Room was spotless, bathroom good, clean and spacious. Wifi included in the cost, with a good, reliable connection.

Stayed one night prior to leaving for the airport very early next morning. Booked a single 'smoking' room. Very small but contained everything you could expect for a 3 star hotel. I was on the 7th floor and the room did have the advantage of a quite large balcony with views over the city. The bathroom was clean and well... More
