Subway goes from airport to right in front of the hotel. Walk outside of hotel and hop on subway to all local attractions. No need any dime for taxi. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff goes beyond to provide services. They even lended me an electric converter and printed map and directions for attractions. Breakfast was great and included with certain... more

Was here towards the end of July. Hotel is located outside the shopping and sightseeing area. However, it is easy to get to these places via the metro, which is just at the hotel's doorstep ( i mean it, the escalator down the station is just 8 steps to hotel's entrance !) . Its about about 6 stops (10 mins... more

We stayed at this hotel because rates at center city hotels over May Day weekend were astronomical. But it was a very good choice, and we would stay there again. It was away from the bustling tourist hassle, but we were able to experience life as lived by normal Madrilenos - especially the local bars and restaurants. And it was... more

We have been in this hotel and it was perfect. The rooms are normal but clean and the bathroom was large. In fact the metro station is in front the door which for me was important. Good breakfast, with a lot of different food. In fact this hotel is 3 stars but it could be 4 stars. The only thing... more

My wife and me stayed at the Rafaelhoteles Pirámides for four nights, we took the decision based on the comments and reviews that we found before on tripadvisor's website -which where, in general, very good. The hotel fully met all our expectations. First of all, its important to say that it is very well located, very near to the "Pirámides"... more

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Its very modern, with a great location adjacent the Piramides metro station , which is around 4 stops to the centre of Madrid. The hotel was very clean with good size double room including large sliding wardrobes with plenty of space. The breakfast room is on the 1st floor and there was... more

The good points about this hotel is that it is clean, modern and snack bang next to the metro and Cercanias stations making it great for getting around Madrid. The breakfast is very comprehensive and reasonable value for 12 euros for an al you can eat buffet. . Dinner was good if a bit on the expensive side. The downside... more

The location of this hotel is right next to the Piramides metro stop. We also had underground parking which was included in the reasonable price. The price included an excellent hot breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a city hotel. There are some nice little restaurants around the area within walking distance. more

We stayed there for a couple of days. The hotel is very clean, looks like a typical place businessman staying at. Service was perfect, everyone at the reception was very helpful and spoke fluent english. They booked us for the one of the best flamenco shows and we really enjoyed. Rooms were cleaned and new, nice and big bathroom. You can... more

This hotel is O.K., if a little soulless. It's right next door to a metro station, very close to Athletico Madrid's stadium and within about 10-15 minutes walk of the Royal Palace. Rooms are clean and well furnished in a bland sort of way, but the biggest problem is the soundproofing (or lack of it) - I could clearly hear... more
