This is a expensive hotel that doesn´t allow you to decide if your tiny room is cold or hot. Were as soon as as you arrive they inquire you all the data they need and several more they do not, but probably the make stats with them. Positive: Very friendly staff, IMHO all comments are accurate indeed. Very good buffet breakfast. I was upgraded (courtesy) and superior room had good size (not huge) and so did the bathroom.
