Arrived in Madrid a day earlier than planned and so had trouble locating a reasonably priced hotel on short notice. MIrador offered a short notice discount so we booked it (~ 60 euros versus listed rate of ~ 100+ euros). Took a bit to locate (we were using light rail and Metro to get around) but ended up not being... More

The room was ok, big enough. The bathroom was a bit small and the shower was spreading water all over. The tap of the sink was too low so you couldn't wash your hands or teeth properly. The staff could be nicer. Once of the things I didn't liked was that we had to pay the room while we checked... More

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, there are restaurants, markets and a subway station (Pinar de Chamartín) nearby which makes it great for going to explore the center of Madrid which is close by subway. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and have great bathrooms, everything has a pleasant modern design. The staff was very nice... More

A nice okay hotel. The pool isn't working at the moment (late April) breakfast okay. Similar to holiday inn express but a bit better. Haven't eaten dinner here, some nice restaurants nearby, breakfast okay, I would say a bit different overall than the pictures suggest.

Stayed at this hotel for a day. Hotel is fine, staff ok price is good value..but the location is in north madrid bang in the middle of a residential area which gets depressing. Nothong touristic about the area. The metro is a good 15 minutes. If you are a tourist i advise strongly not to stay there unless you have... More

Just stayed at the Mirador de Chamartin for 5 nights. For the price, (Madrid is expensive!), I was pleasantly surprised by the value received. The rooms are large by European standards, nicely decorated and the hotel has a freshness to it. Breakfast was nice at less than 10 Euros. The hotel is located in a residential (Apartments) area and has... More

Hotel Mirador de Chamartin is a beautiful hotel for an amazing price. It is not as close to Chamartin station as it looks though. It's about a 30 minute walk or 10 min walk and 5 minute metro ride. Rooms are very spacious with TV, large closet, lots of outlets. The bathrooms are incredibly clean, great air conditioning, large beds.... More

My self and My colleague stayed here for 3 nights in June, I am Irish and he is Dutch so an international perspective. I believe the Hotel has been refurbished lately. Our family of four was able to be quite comfortable in the suite advertised for four. We took our local host's recommendation and booked the hotel by internet. It's in a nice quiet area of Madrid located close to the airport (the hotel offers a shuttle) and on arteries that lead to the touristy areas of Madrid. There are plenty... More
